Voicecom EAD successfully completed a project for implementation of integrated software solution for business process management in the company
On 18.01.2018 the team of Voicecom EAD successfully completed the activities under project BG16RFOP002-2.002-0162-C01 " Introduction of organizational innovations in "Voicecom" AD for improvement of the company productivity and for export volume growth by implementation of integrated software solution for business processes management". The project was realized with the financial support of Operational Programme "Innovations and Competitiveness" 2014-2020 (OPIC), co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund and the national budget of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Total project cost: BGN 280,000.00 without VAT. Amount of EU co-financing: BGN 166,600.00. Amount of national co-financing: BGN 29,400.00.
The main objective of the project was to provide preconditions for the business growth of Voicecom through the deployment and usage of information and communication technologies in the process of realization and provision of the services of the company.
Through the realization of the project an integrated software solution for business process management, developed for the needs of Voicecom, is deployed for use in the day-to-day work of the employees at the company.
The successful deployment of the specialized software system ensures improvement of the customer service from the customer’s request for services, through the implementation to the delivery of the service, and provides innovations in the organization, distribution and control of human, information and time resources necessary for the provision of the services. By the usage of the software in the day-to-day work of the employees, the main processes of providing the services from the company portfolio will be substantially improved.
The new day-to-day business model based on the use of the specialized software solution, developed under the project, provides less consumption of resources such as paper and printing materials on one hand and reduction of waste from the day-to-day business activities of the company, resulting in substantial savings and use of less materials to meet the daily office needs so as to minimize waste generation on the other.
The main innovations that have been realized for the first time in the company as a result of the project implementation are:
1. Introducing for the first time an automated software system for management and organization of the main processes and activities in the company.
2. Introducing for the first time a new method for organizing the relations with the clients in order to automate the processes related to the provision and realization of our services.
3. Reorganization of the planning and decision-making process.
